2. Allergen Warning
Our menu items may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, sesame, and other allergens. Cross-contamination is possible. Please inform your server of any food allergies. We cannot guarantee any dish is allergen-free.
3. Alcohol Service
Alcoholic beverages sold only to persons 21+. Valid photo ID required. We reserve the right to refuse service. Drink responsibly.
4. No Liability for Personal Belongings
Management not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Health & Safety
No outside food/beverages (except cakes w/ approval). Shirt & shoes required.
6. Service Animals & Pets
Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted inside. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed in food-service areas per CA Health & Safety Code § 114259.5.
Approved service animals must remain under control; we may ask the two ADA questions.
Pets welcome on outdoor patio (if applicable) at owner’s risk-clean up required.
7. Photography & Video Surveillance
Entry grants consent to promotional photos/videos without compensation. This premises is monitored 24/7 by Ring security cameras for safety and loss prevention. Video may be reviewed by management and shared with law enforcement if needed.
